The Finance Specialist will work as part of the Operations Team in Zinier to support various financial and accounting tasks, including preparing budget and financial reports, offering advice on fiscal procedures, and managing accounting records. This is a unique opportunity for a self-motivated individual to join a rapidly growing software company and leading candidates must be excited about working in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities include:

o Preparing Budgets – Work with company executives to create yearly operating budget. This includes developing, analyzing and interpreting information to evaluate operating results in terms of profitability and performance against budget

o Compiling Financial Reports – Prepare reports that outline the company’s financial position regarding income, expense and earnings based on operations

o Fiscal Process Compliance – Help develop and implement policies, processes and best practices for company’s financial and accounting operations. This includes reviewing existing policies and advising changes to better comply with laws and regulations.


• Bachelor Degree holder with 3 – 5 years of experience in the accounting for the software companies

• Demonstrable written and communication skills in English

• Strong attention to detail to review and prepare reports and financial documents

• Ability to comfortably work with several different teams

• Be inventive towards problem solving and operate with a high level of accountability
