Zinier is currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager who will be responsible for managing a team of Sales Executives driving business into new and existing Telecommunications and Technology accounts. This role will be accountable to achieve through leading, mentoring and developing the team of Salespeople throughout Sales cycles. The ideal candidate must have broad experience in SaaS sales leadership, experience working with US Telecommunications and Technology market leaders, the drive and motivation to coach and mentor a team to drive revenues and rapidly gain customers within the market.


  • Manage a team of Direct Sales Executives to drive rapid new business sales growth within a defined territory.
  • Build and drive sales strategy for the territory in conjunction with Marketing and Sales Operations into an effectively Go-To-Market strategy including understanding the competitive landscape, presence, and strength within the mentioned territory.
  • Actively engage in territory planning, relationship development, and opportunity development and driving revenue by assisting Sales Executives in closing opportunities
  • Build vertical focus around Telecommunications and Technology companies including account-based marketing plans, thought leadership, and customer user groups.
  • Recruit, coach and mentor team members to drive excellence across the customer base.
  • Development of territories and quota for the sales team and effectively communicating to set performance expectations within the organization
  • Manage and report accurate forecast and pipeline to the business
  • Achievement of annual sales goals on a quarterly and yearly basis
  • Act as the consultant Zinier Expert in C level meetings to leverage our offering
  • Build effective working relationships with Solution Consulting, Product, Legal, Sales Operations, Marketing, and the Zinier brass team.

Experience Required

  • Broad experience and understanding around software platforms for Telecom field services.
  • Extensive track record of new business sales success including presentation and negotiation skills within the industry and at C Level within Enterprise Software
  • Substantial progress in recruiting, coaching and managing an exceptional sales team
  • Strong strategic thinking including analytical and financial planning skills to meet and exceed quotas and goals.
  • Experienced in driving sales process and drive effective working relationships with Sales Operations
  • Ability to understand business drivers around IT
  • Ability to build long-term strategic and senior level relationships
  • Ability to adapt and work effectively within a rapidly changing and growing environment
  • Strong business and Telecomunicacions knowledge.
