Responsibilities
As the Technical Recruiter, you will be working directly under the Head of Operations and Strategy and closely with Zinier management team. This is a unique opportunity for a self-motivated individual to join a rapidly growing software company and make significant contributions to building a great team. Leading candidates must be excited about working in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Establish recruiting requirements by understanding business strategy and meeting with managers to discuss technical needs and create well written and researched position descriptions/requisitions
  • Utilizes all resources available to build strong candidate pipelines and engage qualified candidates.
  • Determines applicant qualifications by use of phone screens, interviews, comparing qualifications to job requirements and general gathering of feedback through managers and references.
  • Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
  • Follows up regularly with candidates and maintains a strong pipeline, developing Zinier's branding.

Job Requirements:

  • Min of 3 years of Technical Recruiting / Sourcing Experience
  • Ability to handle up to 12 open positions at any given time
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
